Forms

Forms are the building blocks for your feedback widget. We offer many default Forms to help you get started in no time.

You can think of Forms as form steps that will be executed once an action is triggered. Forms can be selected within the visual widget editor or surveys.


Questions

The question builder helps you create your Forms. Every option within your form, defines which data gets collected from your users.


General information

Every form requires some basic information like a name, description and a thank you message. In addition, it requires a feedback type. All feedback that gets collected through this specific flow, will be assigned to the selected feedback type.


Exclude data

We take data privacy very seriously. With the exclude data option, you can exclude data from being sent to our servers. The data will be excluded directly on the client side. Especially for feedback types & forms like ratings or inquiries, we recommend excluding all the data you don't need to serve your customers.
