# Audio recording

Available starting from version 14.2.0.

Gleap allows users to record audio messages when chatting with support through our JavaScript SDK. This is a great way to collect feedback from users.

## Enable the audio recording feature

To enable the audio recording feature, navigate to `AI chatbot` -> `Settings` and toggle the `Allow audio messages` switch.
